New reporting requirements call for district and charter schools to report how much they spent on teacher pay raises and to show average salary increases, in both raw dollars and percentages, in a prominent place on their home page separate from the budget. This information must be posted by Aug. 3 when the legislation takes effect. The State Board for Charter Schools will be checking each school’s compliance with this statutory provision.
