Public Notices Pursuant to ARS 38.431.02, notice is hereby given that all public notices for this Public Charter School shall be posted on windows at the entrance area of the Genesis Academy at 525 E. McDowell, Phoenix, AZ 85004.  The Notice is also available on the page “Genesis Academy” of our website, under the Academy Documents heading.

The notice shall include the date, time, and place of meeting of the matters to be discussed or decided at the meeting and information on how the public may obtain a copy of such agenda.  The agenda will be available to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting, except in the case of an actual emergency.
